Clean Energy Transition Partnership subsidy (CETPartnership)
Do you work together with foreign partners on an energy-innovation project? You can apply for the Clean Energy Transition Partnership (CETPartnership) subsidy. With this subsidy you can showcase your project at your business location to the public and potential investors. This way you can increase your visibility and strengthen your position on the international energy market.
The CETPartnership is meant for costs incurred by your international cooperation. For example research and equipment costs, or travel and accommodation costs.
When do you qualify
Your energy-innovation project must meet the European conditions of the Joint Call 2024, among others:
- the project must be a partnership between you and 2 or more other foreign partners
- the partnership consists of partners from at least 3 different countries
- at least 1 partner must be established in another EU country

How to apply?
The international Clean Energy Transition Partnership 2025 call consists of 2 phases. The first phase will start 1 June 2025:
- Submit a pre-proposal to CETPartnership, who will evaluate your submission and invite you to phase 2.
- Develop your pre-proposal into a full proposal which you submit to CETPartnership.
If invited to phase 2, you can apply for a national contribution to the programme with the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO). You apply through the DEI+ subsidy.
You could submit a full proposal until 2 April 2025, 14:00 hour for the 2024 call.
