Facts and figures: is turnover rising or falling?
The chart shows by quarter how turnover in the hospitality industry changes. Hospitality establishments'
turnover is generally highest in the second and third quarters. The base year in this chart is 2015. The
turnover development in each case is compared to that year. For example, the value 120 means that 20%
has been added since 2015. Suppose turnover was €1 million in 2015, then with an index of
120, turnover has increased to €1.2 million.
