Parking garage underneath new apartment building must have sprinkler system

What has changed?

Do you work in construction? Parking garages underneath newly built multi-storey buildings where people stay overnight/sleep, such as apartment buildings, must be fitted with a sprinkler installation.

When?

This change in the Decree on construction works in the living environment (Besluit bouwwerken leefomgeving, Bbl) has taken effect on 1 January 2024.
